Our 2026 District Conference will be September 25th through 27th, Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. This year, we will be at Camp Koinonia in Cle Elum, WA.

Registration for online participation is free. For in-person attendance at Camp Koinonia, standard registration costs are $132 per person, which covers overnight lodging and meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast). On the registration page, you’ll also find options for a la carte meals and overnight lodging. These options are available for those needing a customized schedule (for example, Friday afternoon through Saturday night, which would be one overnight and four meals).

 

Discounted options are also available for all to use as needed—no qualifications or approval necessary. Our district makes these discounted options freely available to help ensure that financial concerns are not a barrier to participation. On the registration page, you will find options for 50%-discounted and no-cost registration. There is also a donation option for those who would like to donate funds to financially support this program.

As we get closer to District Conference, we’ll share more details about our conference theme and programming schedule—so stay tuned! We will also have special activities for children, led by camp staff.
